African States are very often confronted with intractable political problems (putsches, rebellions, post-electoral disputes, etc.), social (widespread unemployment of youth, degradation of education systems, extreme poverty, insecurity and violence) and even cultural (xenophobia, tribalism, religious conflicts and moral depravity) which can jeopardise or delay seriously at least their development and especially the vitality of their populations while the African continent has all the treasures of the earth as well as "uncomparable skills".
This sad reality has led a group of young African intellectuals with various skills to set up NGO JAD, on 16 December 2010.
